I started cycling to lose weight and prepare for a few local
fundraiser's in 1991 and 1992. Next I tackled triathlons, adventure
races, running races, etc. until 2000 at which time my focus shifted to
cycling specific events. In 2007, I mixed triathlons back into the
racing scene and put the learned mtb. skills to use in Xterra events. I
plan to participate in both road and off road triathlons and mtb events
in 2011.
