Welcome!
We are very happy to welcome Rookie Racer Dean Hoover, Jessica Dougherty and Mark Janus to the
team for 2011. Also, coming out of retirement for 2011 are Jessica Randolph, Karen Griffiths and Nick
Sovinski.

MOORE-GRAY GOAT SPORTS is a grassroots Mountain Bike Race Team from the Indianapolis area. We
compete in road bike, mountain bike, triathlons, duathlons, and charity events locally, regionally, and
nationally. Individually and as a whole, we have numerous victories, series championships and top 10
finishes to our credit. We’ve been riding and racing for over 10 years at varying levels of the sport. Our
goals for the 2011 season are to compete, perform, and train at our optimal levels as well as build on
our accomplishments made during the 2011 season.

We give back to the community by volunteering time and services to trail maintenance and building,
youth sports and activities, bicycle advocacy and charitable events. More amazingly our age range
spans from the teens to the fifties! (Thanks Kody and Mark!)

Our
sponsors receive positive exposure throughout the year both on and off the bike due to our
diligence in promoting and supporting the sport of cycling.

The members of MOORE-GRAY GOAT SPORTS are respected as people and as athletes in our
professional and cycling communities. We train together, alone and with other local teams and riders.
We are a positive and competitive group of individuals who feel that racing and training as a team will
better our skills, performances, and overall achievements. In 2011, we hope to meet and exceed the
goals we’ve set for ourselves.

Many thanks to our title sponsors:
Moore Restoration and Gray Goat Sports.
